Located flanking the main residence, the 1908 brick and limestone Pavilions serve as anchors for the curved driveway forecourt. The matching Pavilion exteriors were completely restored. A new staff apartment was created within the original Laundry Pavilion while the Billiards Pavilion maintained its original function. The interior finishes at each Pavilion were restored or replaced. The 1917 main house kitchen addition was also restored on the exterior and renovated on the interior into main and secondary kitchens, staff apartment and new bath and restored laundry room. The main kitchen was completely renovated with custom cabinets and a new eating area with French doors opening on to the existing pergola terrace.

All new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were installed. Original landscape elements were restored and new elements were integrated.
